Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) proposes to revise the Trading Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange for the purpose of refining its contingency plan, pursuant to laws, regulations, and administrative rules including the Futures and Derivatives Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Regulation on the Administration of Futures Trading, and the Measures for the Administration of Futures Exchanges. SHFE hereby seeks public comments on the proposed revisions.

Comments and suggestions on the proposed revisions should be submitted to SHFE in writing or by email before July 30, 2026. Please note that by submitting a response, you agree that SHFE may use your contact information and materials for the sole purpose of this public comment process.
