Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) releases an Announcement on Requesting Public Comments on the Revisions to Administration of Accounts Involving Actual Control Relationship Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, as shown below:

According to the Futures and Derivatives Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulation on the Administration of Futures Trading, the Measures for the Administration of Futures Exchanges, and other applicable rules and regulations, the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) proposes to revise the Administration of Accounts Involving Actual Control Relationship Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and is requesting public comments.

Comments and suggestions on the proposed revisions should be submitted to INE in writing or by email before September 23, 2026. Please note that by submitting a response, you agree that INE may use your contact information and materials for the sole purpose of this public comment process.
