Recently, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as INE) has received the application of C. Steinweg Logistics (Shanghai Waigaoqiao Bonded Logistics Zone) Co., Ltd. In accordance with the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and other applicable rules, we hereby decide:

1. to approve C. Steinweg Logistics (Shanghai Waigaoqiao Bonded Logistics Zone) Co., Ltd. to add a delivery storage point located at 288 Haiwang Road, Pudong New Area (Yangshan Special Comprehensive Bonded Zone), Shanghai, with an approved storage capacity of 40,000 tons for Bonded Copper futures and 30,000 tons for TSR 20 futures, without regional premium;

2. to approve C. Steinweg Logistics (Shanghai Waigaoqiao Bonded Logistics Zone) Co., Ltd. to add a delivery storage point located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Baojin Road and Jinzhong Road in Huangpu Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, with an approved storage capacity of 10,000 tons for Bonded Copper futures, without regional premium;

3. the above approvals shall take effect from the date of this Circular.

All relevant parties shall attach great importance to the above matters and effectively carry out relevant works to ensure the normal and orderly operation of delivery business.
