The Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) has recently received the application materials from Tavorn Rubber Industry (Northeast) Co., Ltd. Accordingly, INE issues the following decisions:

1. to approve the registration of “TVR”-Brand TSR 20 produced by CU factory of Tavorn Rubber Industry (Northeast) Co., Ltd as the deliverable commodity for INE TSR 20 futures, and the rate of premium and discount is 0 yuan/ton.

2. as of the date of this Circular, the above product can be used for the physical delivery of INE TSR 20 futures.
