The Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) has recently received the application materials from Guangken Rubber (Thai Eastern) Co., Ltd.. Accordingly, INE issues the following decisions:

1. to approve the registration of “GKR”-Brand TSR 20 produced by DJ factory of Guangken Rubber (Thai Eastern) Co., Ltd. as the  deliverable commodity for INE TSR 20 futures, and the rate of premium and discount is 0 yuan/ton.

2. as of the date of this Circular, the above product can be used for the physical delivery of INE TSR 20 futures.
