To further enhance the eligibility management of traders and regulate relevant business processes, the Shanghai Futures Exchange has revised the Operational Guidelines for the Futures Trading Participant Eligibility Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange (“Operational Guidelines”, See Attachment) in accordance with the Futures Trading Participant Eligibility Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange. The Operational Guidelines are hereby released, and shall take effect from the date of release.

The Chinese versions of the Operational Guidelines can be found on the Chinese Website. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version and English translation, the Chinese version shall prevail.
